The luxurious clothing worn by warriors emphasizes the ceremonial nature of warfare. In Mochica art warrior chiefs wear conical-shaped helmets and carry clubs. In rituals some ceremonial knives also served as rattles and represented clubs.

The miniature gold whistle represents a warrior with helmet and club. In this object we can see the link between music and combat.

Silver helmets; copper clubs; gold-copper- silver alloy whistle; ceramic representing a warrior with a helmet, club and ceremonial attire.
